About the Founder

I’m Esther Nevener, the founder of Pivotal Analytics. I built this consultancy on the belief that business intelligence should be powerful, practical, and easy to use.

I bring a unique combination of academic training and real-world experience to every project. With B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Actuarial Science and a Master’s in Data Science & Analytics, I have a strong foundation in turning complex data into meaningful insights.

My professional background includes working as a biostatistician for the Health Department and a data scientist for the FAA. Over the years, I’ve also completed consulting projects across a wide range of industries, including cancer research, forensic science, NCAA athletics, education, and government efficiency.

As a Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals professional, I specialize in creating Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and automated workflows that help professionals make informed decisions with clarity and confidence. My goal is to make business intelligence accessible and easy to use, so organizations can focus on what matters most.
